Year 1 = 3M SIBOR* + 1.25%
Year 2 = 3M SIBOR* + 1.25%
Year 3 = 3M SIBOR* + 1.50%
Thereafter = 3M SIBOR* + 1.50%
The above housing loan rates packages are applicable for New Purchase of Completed Private/HDB Properties.
The SIBOR* refers to the 3 month or 12 month SIBOR (Singapore Interbank Offered Rate).
THE SIBOR* will be based on the first business day of the month at the point of housing loan rates acceptance.
